Scooped : F15 BMW X5

Images of BMW’s third-generation X5, codenamed F15, have appeared on a recently released brochure of scale model makers, Jadi Modelcraft.

Scale model manufacturers often get access and information to upcoming cars well before their actual launch so that they can produce accurate scale models in time for the model’s actual launch.

These images were posted on local scale model distributor, Diecast Empire’s Facebook page, and it gives us a good glimpse of what the next X5 would look like.

If these images are accurate, the next X5 would sport the nose of the current 3-series, body of the X3, and tail of the X1.

It is unclear whether BMW will reveal the new X5 at this year’s Detroit, Geneva, or Frankfurt motor show, but if you quite fancy a 1/18 or 1/43 scale model version of it sitting on your desk, Diecast Empire would only be too happy to take your order.
