Etiqa Insurance & Takaful launched their new panel of motor repairers, Etiqa Panel Repairer (EPAR) and Etiqa Windscreen Specialist (EWINS), in Kuala Lumpur recently.
The two new panels provide a wider coverage of up to 500 repairers strategically located nationwide, who are able to provide 24-hour services through Etiqa Claims Assist (1-300-88-1007) and repair warranty up to 12 months.
“As Etiqa has emerged as one of the largest and leading motor insurer in the country, we felt the need to review our panel of repairers in order to provide a better motor claim service to our customers,” said Kamaludin Ahmad, CEO of Etiqa Insurance Bhd.
According to Kamaludin, repairers under the panel are selected not only on job qualification, but also on customer service, keeping in line with Etiqa’s way of keeping things as simple as possible when dealing with customers.
Etiqa also launched redesigned logos for the two panel groups, both of which does away with the rectangular design and adopts a round logo.
